Being a good leader is a valuable skill no matter how old you are—whether you’re in school or the workplace. But not everyone has innate leadership qualities. That’s why it’s important to teach students early on how to develop the skills to be a good leader.

Being a leader will help kids build confidence and succeed in activities like group works, team sports, clubs, etc. And these skills will only continue to benefit them as they grow older.
At NLIS, all students have a chance to develop their leadership skills through well-planned activities by the teachers.
On this activity, our MYP-2 students helped PYP-3 students about how to spell the words correctly. While MYP-2 students were developing their leadership skills, PYP-3 students learned how to spell words correctly which means a typical win-win situation.
